Healthy Navaratri Recipes

Let's get started with few healthy guilt-free easy peasy Navaratri recipes. Try this instant healthy standalone fusion protein energy filled recipe for Navaratri! Bored of regular Custard with fruits? Then you can try this yummy crunchy unique healthy combo of ingredients to your regular custard. Kids to elders will enjoy it very much as it gives energy and taste powered with protein and nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Full fat Cream milk: 1 litre
  • Custard powder: 6 tsp
  • Paneer (grated or cubes): 200 gm
  • Choco delight cornflakes: 1 cup
  • Muesli: 1/2 cup
  • Choco chips: 50 gm
  • Honey: 2 tsp

How to Make Custard Paneer Cassata

  1. First boil the milk on simmer.
  2. Take 5 tsp of custard powder in a cup and add cold milk to it to prepare the mixture.
  3. Once ready, add it to the boiling milk. Keep stirring to prevent lumps.
  4. Add sugar and cubes of paneer to it. Let it boil on simmer for 30 mins till the custard becomes thick in consistency.
  5. Bring it to cool and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hrs.
  6. Add choco delight cornflakes and choco chips. Again refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. While serving, garnish with strawberries or fruits of your choice. Serve chilled!
