In its 65th edition, the event witnessed massive participation across India, reinforcing the idea that fitness is not just an individual goal but a shared responsibility.

The event connected people from diverse regions, from Odisha to Punjab and down to Kerala. Over 300 Fit India ambassadors and champions led the movement, encouraging citizens to adopt healthier habits.
In Delhi, more than 10,000 participants gathered at Connaught Place as Raahgiri Day returned, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere filled with cycling and community activities.
Fun, Fitness, and Community Engagement
The Delhi edition transformed public spaces into lively fitness zones. Participants of all age groups, from young children to senior citizens, engaged in activities such as Zumba, yoga, rope skipping, and cycling.
A special “fun street” added excitement with games like carrom, hopscotch, ludo, and rangoli competitions, making fitness enjoyable for families and communities.
Promoting Health and Sustainable Living
The initiative emphasizes the importance of reducing dependency on vehicles and encouraging eco-friendly transport like cycling and walking. It also highlights the role of community participation in improving air quality and reducing pollution.
