Odisha’s para athlete Damayanti Ojha brought pride to the state by winning the Silver Medal in the Mixed Pair (BC-4 category) along with her partner Ramesh Kumar from Rajasthan at the 1st Boccia Purple Fest Federation Cup 2025. The event was organized by the Boccia Sports Federation of India during the International Purple Fest Goa 2025, held from 9th to 12th October 2025.
Another talented athlete from Odisha, Sonali Ojha, also showcased a commendable performance in the same championship, reaching the quarterfinal stage before narrowly missing a place in the semifinals.
