Received a Suspicious Fraud Call?
Report it using the official Sanchar Saathi (Chakshu) App to protect yourself and others from cyber fraud in India.
Simple Steps to Report Fraud Calls:
- Install the official “Sanchar Saathi” app from the Play Store.
- Register using your mobile number and OTP.
- Select “Chakshu – Report Suspected Fraud Call/SMS.”
- Choose Medium = Call.
- Select the fraud category: KYC / Bank / Impersonation / UPI / Loan, etc.
Enter Required Details:
- Fraudster’s phone number
- Date & time of the call (within last 30 days)
- Short note: “Unknown person called and tried to…”
- Upload screenshot (optional)
- Click Submit to report.
