India’s para badminton stars Pramod Bhagat, Deep Ranjan Bisoyee and Nurul Hossain Khan have set their sights on medals at the BWF Para Badminton World Championship 2026, scheduled to be held from 8th to 14th February 2026 in Manama, Bahrain.

Paralympic gold medallist Pramod Bhagat will compete in the SL-3 category, while Odisha’s Deep Ranjan Bisoyee will represent India in the SL-4 category (doubles). Nurul Hossain Khan will represent India in the WH-2 category (singles), with all three athletes determined to deliver top performances for the country.

Ahead of the World Championship, all athletes have undergone rigorous training and have already tasted success at the international level. Seven-time World Champion Pramod Bhagat is fully prepared to defend his title. At the previous Para Badminton World Championship, he won gold in singles and silver in doubles.
