Two gymnasts from JM Sports Academy participated in the CBAC National Gymnastics Championship held at Sadhvi Preetishudhaji International School in Shirdi, Maharashtra from 17th to 21st of this month. In the U-11 boys' category, 8-year-old Divyansh Panigrahi participated in 4 apparatuses namely: Floor Exercise, Vaulting Table, Parallel Bars and Pommel Horse and won the bronze medal in Pommel Horse. In the U-11 boys' category, 450 competitors participated, Divyansh won the bronze medal.
Similarly, in the under-11 girls' category, 7-year-old girl Divanjali Mahanta participated. She participated in four apparatuses namely: floor exercise, vaulting table, uneven bars and balancing beam and secured 5th place in vaulting table out of a total of 760 competitors.
The two gymnasts have brought pride and glory to JM Sports Academy and Odisha, said the Academy's Chairperson Mira Rani Das and extended her best wishes, congratulations and blessings to them. Along with this, the Academy's Editor Shri. Yashwant Das, Legal Advisor Shri. Subrata Kumar Mahapatra, Chief Partner Shri. Abhis Kumar Raut, all the staff and guardians have extended their best wishes, congratulations and blessings to the two gymnasts and wished them a bright future.

It is worth mentioning that JM Sports Academy located in Chakeisiani, Bhubaneswar is the only private academy in Odisha which has been providing gymnastics training at the grassroots level for the past 13 years.
