The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) proudly unveiled the Odisha Pro T20 League ahead of its inaugural season, announcing legendary Indian cricketers Irfan Pathan and Debashish Mohanty as the league’s official brand ambassadors. This landmark initiative aims to nurture grassroots cricket, inspire emerging players, and elevate Odisha’s presence on the national cricketing map.
Joining them will be Sanjay Raul, former India cricketer and BCCI match referee, who will oversee officiating duties throughout the tournament.
Tournament Format & Schedule
Dates: September 17 – 26, 2025
Matches: 18 league games, two nearly every day

Special Match: Exhibition game by the Odisha Women’s Cricket Team on the final day
Grand Opening Ceremony
The league will kick off with a spectacular ceremony on September 17 at 5 PM at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack, featuring:
- Performances by Ruturaj Mohanty, Nakash Aziz, and Chitragandha Singh
- Sambalpuri Folk Dance & Malkhamb Dance
- Trophy unveiling by Honourable CM Mohan Charan Majhi and other dignitaries
- Opening match: Bhubaneswar Tigers vs. Cuttack Panthers
Prize Money
- Winners: ₹50,00,000
- Runners-up: ₹25,00,000
- Player of the Match: ₹10,000 per match
- Player of the Series: ₹1,00,000
- Best Batsman & Bowler: ₹50,000 each
