From the pages of a research scholar’s diary 👩🏫👩💻📒📚📖: Scientists and Researchers round the globe take up hugely funded/ sponsored studies to publish material which may have little utility in times to come….They’d probably end up registering a patent for their assays/ techniques/ methodology, but then no industry buys such patents unless they’re viable or feasible ….Their work may address temporary knowledge gaps…but in the long term their research projects may hold no transitional value as such…Science without at least a moral, viable, practical, and accountable vision just adds vanity to the scholar’s resume, and generates or rather manufactures more and more Ph.d’s ,who simply follow the monotony of the traditional process of answering questions related to their research and toying around with ” Science ” just because certain experiments can be funded by central/ state governments and can be effectively carried out and performed in their high end research laboratory…I’m dead sure there are certain exceptions but that community would only comprise of a “handful “…..Science shouldn’t just be done because it can be done…but done only and only when there’s logic, sanity, practicality and really needs to be done!! (PS: Some of the views are not just mine but also belong to a plethora of researchers throughout the world who are abreast about the grim and stark reality of the scientific research we are into nowadays……the net is flooded with such sources, however no Scholar should take offence as it dosen’t point towards any one in particular and are simply thoughts put together after going through numerous articles/ shares by anonymous sources/ authors / online articles etc)
